What does Heppie-de-Peppie do with your data?

When you register, we need your name and email address. We use your e-mail address to keep you informed of progress, to send information and to keep you informed of current affairs. If you participate in the program and use the app, you can provide a username and password. This has the advantage that you only have to enter your name, telephone number and e-mail address once. We store this data on a secure server.

100% anonymous

Reports and/or other information are only visible to persons authorized by Heppie-de-Peppie. They are never released to third parties. The data is 100% anonymized for further (scientific) research. Therefore, no relationship can be established between persons and research results.

100% confidential

Heppie-de-Peppie will only use your personal data to help you and your employer with advice for maintaining or obtaining more happiness at work and to conduct targeted research. For this, explicit permission is requested from both parties. The data will only be made available to third parties that are involved in the execution of your assignment. Our employees and parties engaged by us are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your data.

The automation and data processing of Heppie-de-Peppie is fully aligned with the current legal provisions as described in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We store your personal data with the aim of informing and advising candidates and organizations about the themes surrounding happiness at work. At all times you have the right to ‘be forgotten’, in which case we will remove your data from our system. You can submit a request for this to your employer.
